Coating WorkCell is the fully automated and programmable coating system which is backed by ECM_V3 or ECM_V2.AD of TTnS exclusive system operational software. The platform integrates five(5)-axis precision cartesian robot as norm with advanced TTnS dispensing applicators, patented option devices in order to accomplish consistent quality application, substantially reduced masking and reworks.

Moreover, you can expect a 40-60% material saving in consumption, compared to conventional spraying or dipping processes. Virtually all the materials are supported on the TCM45A_XL : acrylics, rubber, urethane, silicone in addition to any type UV or water based.

The total solution TTnS conformal coating system provides edge-defined films for continuous production utilizing our non-atomized film patterning and tri-mode spiral dispensing technology. In addition, the patented magazine based cyclic and focused curing system is more efficient and more environmentally friendly than competing systems. The resulting bubble-free selective films offer nearly 100% material transfer efficiency with no significant material losses. Combined with typical energy savings of more than 50% as compared to conventional IR-cure methods, and with minimal reworks, using TTnS intermittent coating technology yields maximum throughput (UPH).

The TCM45A_XL features intermittent coating technology, and the TTnS film dispensing NCAF-gun that generates non-atomized film patterns with almost 100% transfer efficiency (TE) and precision coating using advanced robotics and fluid / pneumatic controls. Many customers who need PCBA coatings at high UPH with good definition know about Jetting on the Fly, recognized as the ultimate solution in SMT. TTnS Jetting on the Fly ensures a precise selective coating process that is 2-4 times faster than conventional methods.

Ⅳ. Pulse assists, Atomized Spiral-Spray Coating Technology
The NCAS-gun performs coatings in triple modes: Bead / Spiral-Bead / Spiral-Spray with good material penetration, adhesion, and superior transfer efficiency (T.E.) by using a millisecond scale Pulse-Time Controller, TPC999. TTnS invented the pulse-assist conformal coating process, and was first to introduce it in the world.

Ⅴ. The System Safety and Ease of Use
The TCM45A_XL coating system has been developed to be safe and simple to use. When the system runs, there are approximately fifteen (depending on application) safety alert in place at all times. If any system problem or unexpected event occurs, the TCM45A_XL detects the fault and displays an appropriate error message with instructions on how to make corrections. The system gives an audible beep and blinking at the control tower.

Ⅵ. TCM45A_XL Description of the Systems Structure and Utilities,
The underbody of the machine platform is constructed of a robust unibody welded frame. Fabrication is under very strict conditions and includes inspection of all welds w grinding, assembly annealing, and machining. All surfaces are then treated with sand-blasting, and finally, powder coating. The WorkCell assembly is then built with four(4) wide access doors : Front and back, for easy operations and maintenance, with
an additional two(2) doors underneath for material
preparations.

Ⅶ. TCM45A_XL Fluid Delivery System comes fully
Equipped with a precision & multipurpose fluid delivery circuit for the correct handling of various coating materials and applications. Customers can use the WorkCell for non-atomized film coating, atomized spiral spray coating, and needle dispensing by swapping the coating applicators as required.
