Ⅰ. DESCRIPTION
  • - The NCAF Non-atomized film dispensing automatic gun makes a high cycle efficiency.
  • - Fast trigger cycle capability ※ Trigger on/off Responding-Time: each 12-14(ms) @65psi
  • - Consists of air-actuating parts that air piston with needle travelling and micro-adjuster for precision dispensing
      pattern & thickness control
  • - Constructed of stainless steel 316
Ⅱ. BASIC OPERATION
  • NCAF-gun is triggered, the gun actuator simultaneously opens up air-passage and compressed air enters into the air cylinder through PT1/8” swivel elbow.
  • This air lifts the piston assembly and allows the packing cartridge / needle to rise.
  • The coating material enters into gun cavity thru PT1/4” fluid fitting then passes thru the opening of the gun orifice in the needle seat of the gun extension.
  • Air pressure removed, the needle returns back to the needle seat and stops the flow of material.

Ⅰ. DESCRIPTION
  • - The NCAS Atomized spiral spray coating gun adopts S6CN nozzle to apply the materials that heating unnecessary
      and it is basically pneumatic powered spiral dispensing which depends on curved vortex air-holes in the nozzle.
  • - The NCAS-gun module consists of air cylinder, air piston and various air / fluid seals. It has micro-adjust mechanism
      to control piston travelling and needle-seat opening.
  • - The NCAS-gun makes high cycle efficiency.
  • - Fast trigger cycle capability ※ Trigger on/off Responding-Time: each 12-14(ms) @65psi
  • - Constructed of stainless steel 316
