Moreover, you can expect a 40-60% material saving in consumption, compared to conventional spraying or dipping processes. Virtually all the materials are supported on the TCM45A : acrylics, rubber, urethane, silicone in addition to any type UV or water based.
The total solution TTnS conformal coating system provides edge-defined films for continuous production utilizing our non-atomized film patterning and tri-mode spiral dispensing technology. In addition, the patented magazine based cyclic and focused curing system is more efficient and more environmentally friendly than competing systems. The resulting bubble-free selective films offer nearly 100% material transfer efficiency with no significant material losses. Combined with typical energy savings of more than 50% as compared to conventional IR-cure methods, and with minimal reworks, using TTnS intermittent coating technology yields maximum throughput (UPH).

TTnS exclusive Coating WorkCell TCM45A specializes in the application of Conformal Coating for electronic components out of Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Military, Appliances and Telecom. TCM45A the fully automated and programmable coating system, backed by ECM V3_WIN7, ECM V2.AD_WIN10, integrates five(5)-axis precision cartesian robot with advanced TTnS coating applicators to provide consistent applications, substantially reduce masking and minimize reworks.
Basically TCM45A provides two(2) optional platforms with "Regular" and "Extra-ordinary"
respectively which is capable of c-coating various size of PCBAs depending on the application.
